This IFRAME2..put text and graphics in this htm. If you are not familiar with Iframes, they are basically another .html page that is shown within the main page...this set has 3 .htm files , the main one is called "Recipes"....you will need to work with only 2 of the .htms,( IF1 and IF2 is where you will do all your changes. Place all 3 .htms in your directory If you have problems please e-mail me and I will try and help(p.s. Put as much text and graphics as you want in this .htm...the window on your mainpage will be scrollable and please remember to include a... target="_blank" command in all your "a href" tags, otherwise links will open inside the iframe. .
